Mrs. Ruth Victor Ikpatt

Mrs. Ruth Ikpatt is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 37 years of experience as a Nurse, Midwife, and instructor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and is a registered Central Sterile Services Technician. Ruth is also a certified BLS (CPR and AED) provider accredited by the American Heart Association and serves as a Faculty Member with the Team Cleft Training under the Smile Train organization in Nigeria.
Currently the Matron of Petalice Medical Center in Uyo, Ruth is passionate about developing the next generation of caregivers. Her recent focus has been on training nurses and caregivers both within and outside clinical settings to meet the growing demand for quality care services.
Apostle Victor Ikpatt

Apostle Victor Ikpatt is a distinguished academic and communications professional with extensive experience in Public Relations, Media, and Marketing Communications. He holds a B.A. in Communication Arts and an M.A. in Mass Communication (Advertising and Public Relations).
With over 24 years of lecturing experience across various tertiary institutions in Nigeria, including six years as Head of the Department of Mass Communication at Uyo City Polytechnic, he is currently a Senior Lecturer in Mass Communication at Obong University, Obong Ntak, Etim Ekpo L.G.A.
Apostle Ikpatt is also a consultant in Academic, PR, and Advertising sectors and brings his wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role at Ruteeevy Homecare Services Ltd.
